I have a background in martial arts, fitness, sports therapy and have gained a BSc (Hons) in Osteopathy.
My passion for jewellery making goes way back to being a child where I attended a macramé knotting class with my mother. In my early 20's I used my macramé skills to help fund a trip around Europe and found myself selling my macramé bracelets on a towel on promenades and beaches. Many years later I went on to studying numerous courses at the London Jewellery School where I have developed my silversmithing skills.
I have a passion for organic shapes and textures, I love forming metal, using mixed metals and specialise in cuff and bracelet making. I have recently been working on collections that are all named after important people in my life.
When you buy something from an artist, crafter, or silversmith you're buying more than an object.
you're buying hundreds of hours of errors and experimentation.
You're buying years of frustration and moments of pure joy.
You're not buying just one thing, you're buying
a piece of heart, a piece of soul....a small piece of someone else's life
